We collect anonymous tracking data in order to help understand our users.
We do not collect any personal information through analytics or SEO.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Although every effort to protect the images from being downloaded or “pinned”, nothing can guarantee that a image cannot be downloaded.

Contact forms

Form submission information is retained for our records, this information is not shared with any other entity or organization and is strictly confidential and is not sold or distributed to any third party.

NiNPAH may use it in the future to notify users of upcoming NiNPAH shoots.

Model Contact Forms

The Model Contact Form is NiNPAH’s preferred way to make initial contact with a Model. We opted for a form rather than a email address in order to reduce spammers from harvesting email addresses from the site.

Using the form also allows us to help understand how well the site is preforming. And allows us to create booking schedules.

NiNPAH does not use the form information in any other way. All Model Contact information is strictly confidential and is not sold or distributed to any third party.

NiNPAH does not receive any financial compensation if you contact a model through the Model Contact Form

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

The copyright of all photographic images on the site are owned by the photographer or their agent/estate. NiNPAH does not claim ownership of photographic images displayed on the NiNPAH website, NiNPAH images and prior NiNPAH images are for the sole purpose to promote NiNPAH photo shoot. The downloading and use of images from the NiNPAH site for any use other than to promote NiNPAH is a violation of the NiNPAH copyright and the copyrights of the image owner(s). You may not repurpose any content or images contained on the NiNPAH (See What rights you have over your data below).

Model Profile Images

Model Profile Images are for the promotion of the model being represented for the sole purpose to allow photographers to view the models prior work and book sessions with them.

NiNPAH does not claim ownership of model images displayed on the NiNPAH website, Model Profile images are for the sole purpose to promote the Models that participate in NiNPAH. The downloading and use of images from the NiNPAH site for any use other than to promote the Models involved is a violation of the NiNPAH copyright and the copyrights of the image owner(s). You may not repurpose any content or images contained on the NiNPAH.

Every effort has been taken to assign the correct accreditation for any image that we have used – where we cannot confirm the accreditation images have been marked and tagged “©by the photographer – ©NiNPAH – All Rights Reserved by the photographer or their Client/Agents/Estate” or “©by the photographer | Model Supplied – ©NiNPAH – All Rights Reserved by the photographer or their Client/Agents/Estate”

Additionally Model Profile images are tagged

  • “Used with permission – Model Supplied for self-promotion, or Image was posted to the NiNPAH Meetup Group – This image may contain tasteful, artistic partial or full nudity – Not to be viewed to persons under the legal age (under 18 in most states)”
  • “NiNPAH’s only use is to promote the Model(s) shown. Releases are the property of and held by the photographer or their Client/Agents/Estate, as well as proof of age. NiNPAH makes no claims of ownership of this property other than it’s used to promote the model(s) shown.”

Images are additionally marked “©NiNPAH” as all information on the NiNPAH site is copyrighted by NiNPAH. This only pertains to the images displayed on this site and does not constitute any formal or implied ownership of the work.

Images have been additionally watermarked and resized to keep within the style of the NiNPAH site and to discourage attempts from visitors to use the images for other proposes. (See What rights you have over your data below).

Analytics

We collect anonymous tracking data through Google Analytics in order to help understand our users and the performance of the site.

We do not collect any personal information through analytics or SEO.

Data NiNPAH collects is not shared with any other entity or organization and is strictly confidential and it will never be sold or distributed to any third party.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information This information is kept for one year after a user deletes their account, or upon deletion if requested. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Model Profile data

Model data is retained and may be used for future NiNPAH shoots. The Profiles are displayed until the next NiNPAH is announced. At that point the profile is marked inactive, unless the model decides to participate in the then current NiNPAH. At that time NiNPAH encourages that the model review and revise their profile to keep it up to date.

What rights you have over your data

Photographers
All the photographs on this site are the property of the Photographers that took them or their Client/Agents/Estate. They own the copyrights to their photographs. Photographers whose work that is displayed or credited in this site can request the accreditation changed or removed. They can also request that the photograph be removed (note NiNPAH has the right to use images uploaded to another NiNPAH gallery for the sole use to promote future NiNPAH shoots).

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accreditation are correct, however, if you find that a credit is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct the mistake. Use the contact us form to request a change or removal of a credit or photograph. Use the “Click here to request a change” button below.

Models
If you have a profile on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We highly suggest that you write a NiNPAH centric writeup/bio as existing bio’s do not always make a good fit.
